We conduct ‘Data Audits’ on behalf of our clients to fully understand their current data model, acquisition strategy, growth mechanisms and reporting structures. As part of this audit we asses what Objectives and KPIs are crucial to success and implement data processes to support this success.
Strategic partner matrix
We believe that every campaign requires a Strategic Partner Matrix in order to succeed. This model allows all campaign partners to understand who is part of the campaign, what their commitment is, and how each commitment can be amplified. In order to manage an effective Impact Distribution Campaign, it is crucial to implement a sophisticated CRM system. We work with clients to analyse their particular needs and then build systems to manage the campaign in detail; ensuring that all campaign partners are kept up to date and relationships are nurtured throughout the process.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we are huge fans of evaluation. We conduct thorough evaluations of our own campaigns and can be brought in to conduct external evaluations of other campaigns. We would suggest engaging us from the start of the project for an assessment period before you begin, setting appropriate KPIs and Objectives, so that we can review at the close of the campaign. We are particularly keen to work alongside funders in this area to enhance reporting techniques.
